This place was absolutely amazing. Usually, when I'm in the area taking the greyhounds right next door, this place is closed already or hasn't opened yet. I had the Migas Plate and a cup of coffee, and I was honestly surprised by the generosity and hospitality of the cook and the staff. Especially when they kept informing me that if I wanted two meats on my plate, I’d pay 1.49 for both additional meats. Not a lot of places pay attention to detail in that type of regard. The omelet was terrific, but the beans themselves were outstanding. I've seen the same style of beans before and was honestly worried, but my props to the chef. The flavor and acute taste matched perfectly with my omelet and potatoes while still being good by themselves; it was excessively hotter than I anticipated and burned my tongue a few times, but it was well worth it.

Fantastic flavors at The Brunch Truck! We were seriously impressed with this very unassuming food trailer tucked behind the bye station in downtown Amarillo. Chatting with the owner, Paul, you can tell he is super passionate about his food and it shows! I had the Carnivore burrito which had all the breakfast meats along with Yukon gold potatoes that were all cooked to perfection. As a final touch, he cracks an egg over the food so that it coats everything in a smooth texture and elevates the overall flavor! Wish server with red and green salsa which were both excellent My wife had the Breakfast Street Tacos which she thoroughly enjoyed as well. Paul's EXCELLENT customer service and the quality of the food shows his love for what he does. We will most definitely be back!

We stopped here on our way to Dallas from Colorado. They were very accommodating to our requests and let our dog in the restaurant too. The migas was amazing probably one of the best I’ve had in a while. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. The 2 ladies working in the front were very nice to us. Thank you looking forward to stopping again.

Delicious breakfast food with extremely reasonable pricing ! Lots of gluten free options marked clearly on the menu! Great to grab a quick bite or stay a little for mimosas & brunch!

Very good spot! Was greeted by the friendly owner and his wife. The food was extremely good definitely would recommend the vegan eggs and homemade chorizo. Biscit was not as flakey as i had hoped but the french texas toast was really good ! Major food truck vibes

Absolutely loved this place! They had both a vegan menu and a non vegan one. My husband had the blueberry pancakes, and I got the vegan kitchen sink burrito. This made me so happy! Vegan options can be limited at times. So, really, thank you so much to the brunch truck for having endless plant based meals to choose from! Also the staff were incredibly nice and helpful!!

The owner is such a kind and genuine person i deeply appreciate that he can make anything on his menu vegan. I finally tried the vegan lobster roll with mac & cheese and it was soooooo good!! Definitely would recommend getting it! The food is absolutely amazing and it’s probably the only place for vegan options on Sunday in Amarillo. I added photos of the lobster roll with mac & cheese, breakfast burrito, breakfast tacos, and the French toast, which are all vegan. Everything on the menu is amazing so you can’t go wrong.

Some people just know food. This is one of those places. I had my mind blown, stereotypes get crushed. I just wanted taste and its all that. Vegan tho. Biscuits and gravy. The food is amazing and the staff is magic. It was a good truck but they are prolly a diner by now.
